Restaurant Week Extended January 30 - February 3, 2012
While we do have limited seating at our shop, Fresco’s Meals are designed for Carry-out to be enjoyed in the comfort of your home…or wherever you may land! Call ahead and we will have your meal ready when you arrive or come in and order and enjoy a tasty treat on the house while we prepare your meal! We are open Monday-Friday 11:30-5:30 with meal pick-up until 6:30. Join us for lunch and take your dinner home! Lunch with Fresco is awesome! We have the best hot Panini’s, soups, salad and such for lunch. Our Restaurant Week menu is a great option for a fun dinner at home with a group of friends- with no additional costs associated with tax (because it’s carry-out) or an up charge on beer and wine!

First Course / Appetizer Options

Gnocchi Alla Vodka Sauce - Fresh made gnocchi is sautéed and finished with a vodka sauce including tomatoes, herbs, a little garlic and onions, vodka (which brings out the flavor and depth of the tomato sauce) and a little bit of cream

Catalan Meatballs - These were a favorite from Restaurant Week last year when we offered them as a main course. By popular demand we are offering the Catalan meatballs as a starter option. A combination of beef, lamb, currants and fresh herbs simmered in a Piquillo pepper and caramelized onion tomato sauce topped with our house made fresh cheese and goat cheese. Served with grilled bread.

Spinach and Baby Green Salad with dried cherries and cranberries, goat cheese, spiced nuts and a white balsamic , vanilla bean vinaigrette

Coca (Spanish Flatbread Pizza) - A super flavorful crust that’s a cross between a traditional pizza dough and a savory tart dough. Choose the vegetarian option: that’s topped with grilled vegetables, caramelized onions, roasted red peppers, a light tomato sauce, a blend of cheeses and fresh herbs or the Carnivore: topped with Rioja braised beef, caramelized onions, roasted peppers, cheese and herbs

Butternut Squash Bisque - (vegetarian/gluten free) Organic Butternut squash is roasted and pureed with aromatic vegetables, veggie stock and a touch of cream to make a fantastic bisque

Main Course Options

Chicken Marsala - Pan seared chicken cutlets, wild mushrooms and shallots finished with Marsala wine and chicken stock. Served with angel hair pasta with olive oil and garlic and baby greens with hand torn croutons: $20.12

Yogurt and Chilli Marinated Chicken - Chicken marinated in yogurt, mild chilli and spices, grilled and served with sweet potato gratin, with cream and roasted poblano peppers and grilled veggies- a really flavorful dish! $25.12

Veal Scallopini - Tender veal cutlets sautéed and finished with a Madeira sauce with diced sundried tomatoes and sautéed shallots. Served with creamy polenta and haricot vert $25.12

Provencal Braised Pork - Pork shoulder is trimmed to a healthier cut and braised for hours with stock, white wine, tomatoes and fennel. It is succulent and flavorful- accompanied with saffron rice pilaf and haricot vert $25.12

Beef Tenderloin Brochettes - A healthy way to eat beef! Lean and tender beef tenderloin marinated in olive oil, herbs, garlic and lemon zest, grilled and served with our house made yogurt, saffron rice and grilled vegetables $25.12

Braised Swordfish - Swordfish is seared and then braised gently in a sauce made of tomatoes, garlic, a little onions and peppers and preserved lemons- served with saffron rice (or creamy polenta if you prefer) and haricot vert $25.12

Risotto (2 risottos to choose from both vegetarian and gluten free)- Creamy risotto with roasted butternut squash finished with grated pecorino Romano cheese and pepitos (toasted pumpkin seeds) or Creamy risotto with wild mushrooms and mascarpone cheese~ Served with a baby green salad with hand torn croutons $20.12

Vegetarian Moussaka (vegetarian and gluten free)- Sliced and roasted eggplant, zucchini and tomatoes layered with lentils and a creamy yogurt sauce topped with feta cheese- this is a really flavorful and unique dish. Served with a baby green salad with hand torn croutons $20.12
